i prodotti della Natura is a regenerative farm based in Cana, southern Tuscany, within the Trasubbie/Trasubbino landscape and connected to a SIR - regional area of ecological interest- . The farm works as a pilot micro supply-chain for soil regeneration, biodiversity protection, biomass reuse, fire-risk reduction and low-impact land stewardship. Led by Serena Stelitano, it combines field observation, ecological monitoring, restoration practices and public-interest documentation. Its current work also supports the Associazione di Tutela Ambientale delle Trasubbie e del Trasubbino, a local community association in the making that will help turn farm-based evidence into wider conservation action with local cultural partners, municipalities and environmental bodies.
